Refund Policy

• At Élan Botanique, each permanent floral sculpture is handcrafted and many feature one-of-a-kind vintage vessels. Please review all photos carefully and ask any questions before purchasing.

• No refunds or exchanges unless an item is damaged during transit.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping box.

• Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the damage claim.

• Due to the unique nature of vintage vessels, natural signs of age and character are part of their history and are not considered defects

• Each sculpture is hand crafted and one of a kind. Natural variations are part of its uniqueness.

• Most vessels are vintage or artisan made and may show age related characteristics that add to their character.​

• Please review all photos carefully and ask any questions prior to purchasing

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings

• Permanent botanicals require minimal maintenance and should be kept indoors, away from prolong direct sunlight and excessive moisture

• By completing your purchase,. you agree to these terms 

Shipping policy​

• Every sculpture is carefully and securely packaged to protect these delicate, handcrafted pieces during transit

• A small handling and packaging fee helps cover the cost of premium protective materials and the specialized care required to securely package each handcrafted , one of a kind sculpture for safe delivery. Every arrangement is individually prepared to help ensure it arrives in the best possible condition

• Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days via FedEx

• Shipping insurance is available upon request. If you could like your order insured, please let us know before shipment

• You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped 

• Due to shipping, some botanical elements may shift slightly. This is normal and does not indicate damage

• In keeping with the principles of Ikebana each sculpture is designed with balance, movement and intentional placement rather than relying on glue and other floral tools such as tape and staples. Minor adjustments after shipping may be needed.

• If your arrangement has shifted, simply contact us. We will gladly guide you through a few easy adjustments to restore its intended design

• Elan Botanique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

• The floral sculptures are designed for indoor use only

• Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive heat ad humidity

• Dust gently with a soft feather duster, makeup brush or microfiber cloth. Do not use water or cleaning products

• Handle your sculpture by the vessel, not the botanical elements

• With proper care, your Elan Botanique sculpture will provide lasting beauty with minimal maintenance
